Our Customers product quality is important to us. That is why all our operating team members are FaBsafe, Food and Beverage Safety, certified. Investing our time and money in this training is important to us. We make sure we have the proper procedures in place and validated to prevent microbial contamination in your product.
We have a SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, for our CIP, Clean in Place. Our Codi line is one of the only filling lines in its class that can handle high temperature CIP. We have also invested in a Hygiena microbial meter to validate the CIP of our equipment after we complete our water rinse.
