It all started in September 2016 while on a craft beer cruise on the Tall Ship Manitou sailing the beautiful western coast of Lake Michigan. On a wonderful fall evening tasting some magnificent Michigan beers, our guide, Amy Sherman of MLive, mentioned how Michigan Mobile Canning transformed the craft beer industry for the state of Michigan. She suggested that if our state didn't have a mobile canner that we should look into starting one. The rest of the story is WilCraft Can became Wisconsin’s first and only mobile canner.
