At WilCraft Can, we do not have a contract that forces you to commit with us for a year. We feel strongly that our customers do not need to sign a contract, and we expect to earn your business each and every time. If you would like to schedule recurring runs with us, we are happy to fix your canning fee for 12 months. There is no obligation from you, and you can back out at any time. We work with you to meet your needs, not the other way around.
We believe that our relationships with our customers are built on trust. We are up front with our pricing, and we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with our services. We believe that a contract is not needed, as we trust that once you experience that WilCraft Can difference, you will keep coming back. We will do what it takes to earn your business. Period.
Please think twice before you enter into a long-term contract with other mobile canners. Carefully read the fine print. Double check key aspects (e.g. promised services, payment terms, price increases, termination penalties, etc) or have a lawyer review and identify any key business risks and explain any clauses that you do not understand. This is no joke – signing a contract can hamstring your business and cause major trouble down the line.
